Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and a fixed rate is applied. All orders are sent via DPD next day delivery with full tracking information automatically provided by text and/or email. We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 14 working days. Our working days are Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm.


We'll send all items in an order at the same time to minimise the number of shipments required, however we are unable to combine separate orders into the same shipment. 

Please note that if you're ordering to an offshore location such as the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland, or if you're ordering right up to the Scottish Highlands, deliveries may take a little extra time to reach you. 

Shipping is free over £150 (excl VAT).

Free collections are possible, or you can arrange your own courier if you prefer. We'll email you once your order is available to collect. We'll be open from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday for collections. To collect your order, simply choose the 'Collect from preloved HQ' shipping option at checkout. If you need box dimensions/weights, please email us and we can provide further details on how we packed your order. 

If you're arranging your own courier, we can print and attach required labels, please email Please also let us know an approx date/time of collection if possible so we can ensure someone is available to hand it over.

Unfortunately we can only ship to UK addresses, however you're welcome to arrange your own courier for international shipping. Simply select the 'Collect from Preloved HQ' option when paying and follow the arranging own courier instructions above.


We're not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be incurred for any order shipped abroad. Any customs documents or shipping labels must be provided to us as we are unable to arrange this on your behalf, please email them to along with your order number and we'll be happy to print them out and attach them to your order.

You'll receive an email confirming your order has dispatched, if you haven't received this just yet please hang fire as we may still be preparing it.

If we have any issues or face further delays we will get in touch to give you an update and detail any options regarding your order. 


All our wholesale items are picked fresh from our delivery and then washed to order, so rest assured while your box may take a little longer to be sent off, it's purely because we're ensuring quality and standards are maintained for everyone. 


What packaging do you use?

Almost all orders will be sent in plain cardboard boxes sourced from a local independent supplier. We'll try to minimise the number of boxes used so if you order multiple types of product, they may arrive together in one box.
